All they do is direct you how to file a bug report. They don't fix any issues or provide you anything for your inconvenience. They just cut rudely cut me off. Must've spoke to 4-5 GMs before they finally just closed my ticket without my issue being resolved.
Absolutely terrible. I can never start a game and not loose connection to server. I get kicked every three games or so. Their services are absolutely terrible. Makes me wish I had a PS5.
I am astonished that a blizz chose to go into such a poor design choice of an UI. I always loved the simplicity of the previous bn 1.0 and the straight forwardness of it.
The current 2.0 really is ugly, poor coloring and lack of imagination. Whoever was in charge of doing this should rethink their choices.
As a new player I found it so exiting to get crushed EVERY game with sad low life social rejects playing top tier competitive net decks, Wow! A game that is actually worse than MTGA in every aspect and didn’t think that was possible.
Deletes game files, fails to locate game files, forces you to reinstall, enough said
Day 3 of downloading COD, warzone and multi only... 86% now!..
I’m playing Warzone and then I keep crashing and can’t even finish a match without this $hity game client and steam should sell Warzone in set of blizzard.
After extensive troubleshooting, I have noticed many others, including myself, are unable to simply download a game. Downloads and updates will simply stop downloading and become unresponsive. Needing for anyone who encounters this problem to babysit downloads so they can try and fix it when this problem inevitably pops up every 10mins. Now imagine trying to download a game like COD which is anywhere between 100-200 GBS. Simply downloading a game becomes an all-day endeavor
Blizzard should be embarrassed

Purchased game would NEVER launch. Support was WORTHLESS. It was a new game, we were patient and followed ALL trouble shooting steps. Servers would NEVER allow connection, but we were told we had TOO much game time / play time in? NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO THE REAL TRUTH about the game NEVER working, not ONCE! We are uninstalling the Blizzard / Battle.net client.
*** We will NEVER purchase ANOTHER game from them, nor do we recommend you do either ***
We will USE a service that actually has customer service and/or can resolve a problem.
I consider myself technology proficient and a professional.
*** This company, in my PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL opinion, is neither PROFESSIONAL or LEGITIMATE, at this time, due to literally STEALING funds for service/purchase NEVER USED. ***
Good luck with your future purchases.
*** Be warned, DO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! ***
